- Scariest – 6pm
- Most Original – 7:15pm
Prizes for each category is as follows:
- 1st Place: $100 ASC Cash
- 2nd Place: $50 ASC Cash
- 3rd Place: $30 ASC Cash
Online registration ends on Oct 30th at 4pm. If you miss the deadline, on-site registration starts at 4pm at the Agana Shopping Center second floor in front of the Expo Hall, and at the center court at 6pm.
