Receive an entry form every time you shop or dine at any of our stores\, restaurants\, or the Agana Center Stadium Theatres. Excludes bill payments. \n3. Entry forms must be filled out completely to be considered valid. Deposit completed forms into the drop boxes located at the Center Court and Payless Entrance. \n4. No purchase necessary to obtain an entry form\, just send us a self-addressed\, stamped envelope. Limited to one entry per request. \n5. DEADLINE FOR ENTRY FORM SUBMISSION IS MARCH 4TH\, 2018 AT 4PM. \n6. You must be present to win. \n\n  \n\n\n\n
